Please read these Terms carefully. By using this website or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.
1. Who We Are
This store is operated by Bendegúz Lévai, a sole proprietor registered in Hungary, trading as PurrWell. Full operator details are set out in our Legal Notice.
"We", "us" and "our" refer to the operator. "You" refers to the person using this website or placing an order.
2. Acceptance and Changes
By visiting this website, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to order. By ordering you confirm that you are, and that the information you have supplied is accurate and complete.
4. Where We Sell
We sell to customers in the United States only. We do not accept orders for delivery elsewhere.
5. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative and may involve the use of Artificial Intelligence. Minor variation in appearance may occur. We do not warrant that every description is free from error.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change specifications without notice.
Our products are consumer pet accessories. They are not veterinary devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition in any animal. Nothing on this website is veterinary advice. If your cat has a health condition, consult a licensed veterinarian.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you confirm.
Pricing errors. We may correct errors at any time. If an error is found after you order, we will contact you to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obliged to fulfil an order placed at an incorrectly displayed price.
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation.
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, incomplete information, or breach of these Terms. Where we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.
Once placed, orders may not be modifiable. Contact support@trypurrwell.com immediately if you need a change; we will try but cannot guarantee it.
8. Shipping
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 3–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
9. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on the fountain and a 3-year Limited Warranty on the fountain. Filters and promotional gifts are excluded from both.

10. Filter Membership
Our Filter Membership renews automatically at the frequency selected at checkout — every 60 days or every 120 days — until cancelled.
By enrolling you authorise us to charge the payment method on file on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time, with no fee, from your account in one click or by emailing us.

11. Intellectual Property
All website content — text, images, video, product descriptions, logos, graphics and branding — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or use any of it commercially without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent orders; impersonate any person; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; post false, defamatory or misleading reviews; scrape or harvest content; use the site unlawfully; or interfere with its operation.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
13. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, and we are not responsible for damage to your device arising from its use.
Except for the express warranties we give in our 3-Year Limited Warranty, and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, we disclaim all other warranties in respect of our products.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order, product or use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, property damage, water damage, or veterinary or medical costs of any kind, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Third-Party Services
This store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal. Subscriptions are managed by a third-party application. These operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services or for the content of external websites linked from this store.
17. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, carrier failure, customs action, supplier failure, power or network outage, or government restriction.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
The courts of Hungary have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to Section 20.
Before commencing proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@trypurrwell.com and allow 30 days to resolve the matter directly.
20. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available to you under law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where any provision — including the governing law and jurisdiction clause — is found unenforceable in respect of a particular consumer, that provision applies only to the extent permitted, and the remainder of these Terms continues in force.
21. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, or severed. The remainder continues in full force.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
22. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours on notice.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, 3-Year Limited Warranty, Shipping Policy and Membership Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior understanding.
