PurrWell – Subscription Cancellation Policy

PurrWell offers a filter subscription service powered by Seal Subscriptions.

Subscription terms

• Filter subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from the date of your original purchase.
• You will be charged the subscription price on each renewal date to the payment method on file.
  

How to cancel You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription, or email us at support@trypurrwell.com and we will cancel it for you within 1 business day.

Cancellations before renewal To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal has already been processed will not be refunded for that cycle, but your subscription will not renew again.

Pausing your subscription If you need to pause rather than cancel, contact us at support@trypurrwell.com and we will assist you.

Changes to subscription pricing We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
